Oculii™ AI Radar Software – Industry-Leading Radar Perception

Ambarella’s Oculii™ adaptive AI 4D radar perception processing software provides vehicles with greater environmental perception and safer path planning in L2+ to L4 ADAS systems, enabling a more comprehensive view of the surroundings and a safer driving experience.  The Oculii AI radar algorithms uniquely adapt radar waveforms to the environment, achieving high angular resolution (0.5 degrees), an ultra-dense point cloud (10’s of thousands of points/frame), and a long 500+ meters detection range, while using an order-of-magnitude fewer antennas for reduced data bandwidth and power consumption versus competing 4D imaging radars.

The Oculii radar perception processing software is available for licensing, and is offered pre-loaded for running on any member of Ambarella’s CV3-AD centralized AI domain control SoC family.

To enable your development, we also provide a visualization software tool that runs on your Windows® based personal computer. This tool takes the Oculii radar perception output from the Ambarella SoC and visualizes that output on a PC.
