Prior to joining Fortinet, Ken Goldman served as CFO of Siebel Systems. Earlier in his career, he held CFO positions at Excite@Home, Sybase, Cypress Semiconductor, and VLSI Technology. Additionally, he has held positions as board director, audit committee chairman, and financial advisory at several leading public and private technology companies. He is a member and former president of the Financial Executive Institute and is a former member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Advisory Council.

Lip-Bu Tan is Founder and Chairman of Walden International, a leading venture capital firm managing over $2 billion.  He concurrently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. and has been a member of the Cadence Board of Directors since 2004.  He also serves on the Boards of Flextronics International, Inphi Corporaton, SINA, and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp.

Andrew Verhalen’s focus at Matrix Partners is communications, semiconductors, software, and systems. He co-founded Grand Junction Networks, which was acquired by Cisco, and has held a variety of executive and management positions at 3Com Corporation and Intel Corporation. Verhalen has served on the boards of DVC Labs, Blue Martini Software, Alteon WebSystems, Turnstone Systems, Openwave Systems, Phone.com, Cadia Networks, Digital Fountain, The Fanfare Group, Onetta, Red Pepper Software, Arroyo Video Solutions, Shoreline Communications, SiTera, Copper Mountain Networks, and WatchGuard Technologies.
